Requirements for Certified Nurse Assistant- CNA

1 year experience as Certified Nursing Assistant

Follow the state board of nursing scope of practice for certified nurse assistants

Work under supervision of LPN, RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or Physician

CPR certification

CPI/Crisis Prevention required for behavioral health settings

Up to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (T-Spot, TB Gold, X-Ray, etc)

COVID vaccine required at facility's discretion
